Where are Bobo Bags made?

All Bobo Bags pieces are handcrafted in Ghana using natural materials, leather trims, and carefully selected African textiles. Each bag is made by skilled local artisans who bring our designs to life.

What materials are used?

Our bags are made with a cane/wicker structure, leather handles and trims, and African fabric details. We use natural, ethically sourced materials to create pieces that are both beautiful and durable.

Are all bags exactly the same?

No two Bobo Bags pieces are exactly alike. As all our bags are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are a natural part of the process and what makes each piece truly one of a kind.


Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online store, add your favourite pieces to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, processed securely through our payment providers.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at info@bobobags.com or +233 555 707 770. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship within Ghana and internationally via DHL Express. Delivery times vary by destination typically 3–5 business days within Ghana and 7–14 business days internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Due to the structured nature of our cane bags, special packaging may be required for some orders.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Who is responsible for customs duties?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in your order total.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bobobags.com. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

How do I care for my Bobo Bag?

Each material requires specific care. Visit our Care & Maintenance Guide for detailed tips on looking after your cane structure, leather trims, and fabric details.

Can my bag get wet?

We recommend keeping your bag away from water. If it does get wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Never use a hairdryer or direct heat on the cane structure.
