These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bobo Bags website (www.bobobags.com) and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Bobo Bags is a business registered in Ghana and operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

2. Our Products

All products are handcrafted in Ghana using natural materials and African textiles. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to each item and are not considered defects. Product images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the actual item.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped.
We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Bobo Bags reserves the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship locally within Ghana and internationally.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Bobo Bags is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
A tracking number will be provided where available.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In accordance with consumer protection principles under Ghanaian law:

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@bobobags.com or via WhatsApp at +233 555 707 770 with your order details.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Sale/discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Bobo Bags reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@bobobags.com or +233 555 707 770.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

In compliance with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), Bobo Bags is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect only the information necessary to process your orders and improve your shopping experience. All content on this website — including but not limited to images, text, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Bobo Bags. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

We are committed to ensuring that product descriptions, pricing, and availability information on our website are accurate and up to date, in line with Google Merchant Center policies. If an error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and, where necessary, cancel affected orders with a full refund.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulations, or to infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in violation of these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Bobo Bags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product(s) purchased.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
