Our Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
In its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or discounted items (final sale)
Custom or personalised orders
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@bobobags.com or via WhatsApp at +233 555 707 770
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
Once approved, securely package your item and send it to the return address provided

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Bobo Bags is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received a damaged or wrong item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bobobags.com
Include photos of the damage or incorrect item along with your order number
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you

A Note on Handcrafted Items

As all Bobo Bags pieces are handcrafted using natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are an inherent part of each unique piece and are not considered defects. We encourage you to review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at info@bobobags.com or +233 555 707 770 if you need to cancel.
