We're committed to getting your handcrafted Bobo Bag to you safely and with care. Each piece is packaged thoughtfully to protect its cane structure, leather trims, and African textiles during transit.
Domestic Shipping (Within Ghana)
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
- Shipping Method: Local courier service
Orders within Ghana are carefully packaged and shipped via our trusted local courier partners. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
- Shipping Method: DHL Express
We ship internationally via DHL Express to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable delivery. International orders are shipped to select countries worldwide.
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Due to the nature of our cane-structured bags, some items may require special packaging to ensure safe delivery, which may affect shipping costs.

Order Processing & Tracking
Step 1: Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Step 2: Processing (1–2 Business Days)
Our team carefully inspects and packages your handcrafted bag for shipment. Each piece is wrapped with protective materials to safeguard the cane structure, leather handles, and fabric details during transit.
Step 3: Shipment & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to follow your package in real time.
Step 4: Delivery
Your bag will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, especially for international orders that may require a signature.
Packaging
Every Bobo Bags piece is packaged with great care. Given the structured nature of our cane bags, we use protective wrapping and sturdy boxes to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition beautiful, secure, and ready to use or gift.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing for international orders
- Carrier delays beyond our control
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Public holidays or extreme weather conditions
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@bobobags.com and we'll help track down your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building management. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item before opening it completely. Contact us immediately at info@bobobags.com with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at info@bobobags.com or via WhatsApp at +233 555 707 770. We can modify or cancel orders that haven't yet been processed (within 24 hours of ordering). Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it following our returns policy.
